Working with Yi Zeng, founder and creator of 90FoodLab and YiCha Chinese Tea, broadened my skillset in social media management and content plans.

YiCha treats tea as a great channel that bridges the culture and the people together. I learnt the art of tea in many different places and ways. I went to the village that tea farmers use to grow and process the tea, tasting all different teas in order to choose the best and most meaningful tea to bring to the UK for you all. - Yi Zeng
I first began working for Yi Zeng in October 2018 as part of my Final Year Project, which was to create a PR Agency and work with real life clients.
What I have achieved with YiCha so far:
- Social Media engagement - posting educational posts on Instagram has increased by 885+ impressions and 252+ reach.
- Content Planning - Using google drive and docs (including docs, sheets and forms) to collaborate on content planning and edit articles to upload to the website blog.
- Copywriting - Editing and re-wording blog articles from Chinese to English with Yi Zeng and a web translation.
- Market Research - Surrounding her competitors and business objectives
- Strategy
- Photoshoot organisation - organising photoshoots and videography through outside freelancers by being the liaison between client and freelancer.
